How do I pay for the trip?
You can pay for the trip in cash or by credit card upon boarding the driver, in Czech koruna, euros, or dollars. If you wish to pay by credit card, please indicate this in your booking in advance.
How can I contact my driver?
You need to have internet access. Our driver will have your mobile phone number (which you must provide correctly in your booking) and will contact you in advance via WhatsApp or by phone.
Can I cancel my booking?
Of course, you can cancel your booking without any issues. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.
Can I book a transfer right before the trip?
Yes, we accept urgent bookings and can often arrange transfers even shortly before your trip.However, please note a few important points:● During peak times or holidays, available drivers may be temporarily limited.● There may be a delay in vehicle arrival if all cars are already booked or located far from your location.● To guarantee timely service, we recommend booking your trip in advance — this is especially important for airport or train station transfers.
How do I find out if my booking is confirmed?
After placing your booking, you will receive confirmation through one of the following methods:
SMS or a message via messenger apps (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram) with trip details.An email, if you provided your email address.A phone call or message from our dispatcher to confirm details.If you do not receive confirmation within 25–30 minutes, please contact us to check the status of your booking.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
If you have booked an airport transfer, we monitor your flight and adjust the vehicle arrival time accordingly. Please inform us of any delays if possible.
Can I request a child car seat?
Yes, simply mention this during booking, and we will prepare a vehicle equipped accordingly.
