Terms of Service for TransferOkay

1. General Provisions1.1. TransferOkay provides passenger transportation services in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, including the Civil Code (Občanský zákoník, Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and other regulations.1.2. By using the Company’s services, the User agrees to all the provisions of these Terms.1.3. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version is always available on the Company’s official website.
2. Booking2.1. Service orders can be made via the website, mobile app, or by phone.2.2. The User is obliged to provide accurate and truthful information: date, time, pick-up address, number of passengers, and luggage.2.3. The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
3. Obligations of the Parties3.1. TransferOkay undertakes to:
● Provide a vehicle that complies with the technical and safety standards established by Czech law.● Provide an experienced driver with the appropriate license.● Perform transportation according to the agreed conditions, except in cases of force majeure.
Passenger waiting times:
● At the airport — up to 50 minutes after flight arrival;● At the hotel or specified address — up to 15 minutes after the agreed time.
3.2. The User undertakes to:
● Notify the Company of any changes to the booking at least 24 hours prior to the trip.● Follow safety rules and proper behavior in the vehicle.● Compensate for damages in case of harm to the Company’s property.
Prohibited activities:
● Smoking inside the vehicle;● Consuming alcoholic beverages;● Creating threats to the driver or other passengers.
4. Liability4.1. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic jams, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond its control.4.2. The User is fully liable for damages caused by intentional or negligent actions.4.3. The Company is not responsible for lost items left in the vehicle.4.4. The User must comply with current sanitary and quarantine regulations of the Czech Republic.
5. Payment and Cancellation5.1. Payment for services is made according to the Company’s current rates at the time of booking.5.2. Available payment methods: cash, bank card, online payments.5.3. The User may cancel the booking:● No later than 24 hours before the trip — full refund;● Less than 24 hours before — 100% cancellation fee applies.
6. Route Changes6.1. Any changes to the route or schedule are possible only by prior agreement with the Company.6.2. Route changes may affect the final service cost.
7. Personal Data7.1. The Company processes the User’s personal data solely for the purpose of providing services in accordance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.7.2. The Company collects the following data:● Full name;● Phone number;● Email address;● Pick-up and destination addresses;● Date and time of the trip;● Number of passengers and luggage;● Other necessary data for organizing the transportation.7.3. The User consents to the processing of personal data when making a booking.7.4. Detailed information is provided in the Privacy Policy available on the Company’s website.
8. Force Majeure8.1. The Company is exempt from liability in case of failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, military actions, accidents, etc.
9. Dispute Resolution9.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court at the Company’s registered office in the Czech Republic.
